Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains cancellation, refund and renewal terms for Vanity Unapologeticc services and Premium Shop Hub membership.
Premium Shop Hub Membership
Premium Shop Hub is billed at ₹59 every three months and renews automatically until cancelled.
Members may cancel future renewals through the available member/subscription controls.
Cancellation stops future billing. Access for the current paid billing period generally remains subject to the terms applicable to that purchase.
Refunds for Premium Shop Hub
Because Premium Shop Hub provides digital access after successful payment, membership payments are generally non-refundable once access has been provided.
Refunds may be considered in cases such as:
• duplicate payment
• unresolved failure to receive purchased access
• an incorrect payment caused by a verified technical issue
• circumstances where a refund is required under applicable law
Styling Services
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms for personal styling services may vary depending on the service booked and the preparation already completed.
Where specific cancellation or rescheduling terms are shown during booking or communicated before payment, those terms apply to that service.
Work Already Completed
Where substantial styling preparation, research, curation, consultation or digital work has already begun, the amount eligible for refund may be limited or unavailable depending on the service and circumstances.
Third-Party Purchases
Vanity Unapologeticc does not process refunds, returns or exchanges for products purchased from third-party retailers featured through Shop by Shikha.
Product returns, exchanges, delivery issues and retailer refunds must be handled directly with the retailer according to that retailer’s policies.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved by Vanity Unapologeticc, it will be processed through the original payment method or payment provider where technically possible.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear may depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.
